Delete Your Tatum Account

If you wish to permanently delete your Tatum account, please follow the steps below to ensure the request is processed securely and correctly.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is irreversible. All data associated with the account, including API keys, subscriptions to notifications, usage history and more will be permanently removed.
• Only the account owner can request account deletion.
• We do not support partial deletions or anonymization requests. If your intent is to pause usage, consider downgrading to the Free plan instead.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To request deletion, the following is required:

1. The request must be submitted from the currently registered email address.
2. The request must include:
   • The current account email
   • The current user ID
3. Submit a ticket via the Tatum Support Portal.
4. Once verified, our Support team will confirm the request and proceed with deletion.

If your account has an active subscription or outstanding balance, we may ask you to settle it before proceeding with the deletion.
