Error 429
While using Tatum services, you may come across the error code 429
and a message looking as follows or similar:
{"statusCode": 429, "message": "Too Many Requests"}
This error message means that your account has reached the maximum amount of allowed Requests per Second.
How to increase the limit of Requests per Second
- If your account is on a FREE plan, you may add a Paid Plan - via the Tatum dashboard.
- If your account has an Active Paid Plan:
- You may reach out to our Support team - via a ticket.
- You may reach out to our Sales team - via the contact form.
For accounts with an Active Paid Plan, contacting our Support or Sales team means starting a conversation for an Enterprise Paid Plan.
