Tatum supports over 40 blockchains and digital assets in a single API. Developers can work with all of them using a unified set of API calls. They easily switch between them or utilize multiple blockchains as they wish.
There are three important parameters that need to be considered for every supported blockchain:
Mainnet - This indicates whether Tatum supports the mainnet network (see Testnet vs Mainnet) for the given blockchain or digital asset.
Testnet - This indicates whether Tatum supports the testnet network (see Testnet vs Mainnet) for the given blockchain or digital asset. Some digital assets do not offer testnet versions.
Virtual accounts - This indicates whether you can use virtual account features for the given blockchain or digital asset.
Base chain - This indicates if the asset is a token issued on another blockchain, like GAS or Tether. Wallets for these assets are the same as the base chain wallets.
Tatum currently supports the following blockchains and digital assets. We are always adding more, so check back frequently to keep up to date with the scope of our support.
