Returns the blockchains on which alerts can be created, the alert types available on each, and which optional create fields each chain supports. Use this endpoint to build chain and alert-type pickers dynamically instead of hardcoding them.

The response is the same for every API key — it is not filtered by mainnet/testnet or by plan. Use the testnet flag on each entry to separate environments.

Either chain (for example ethereum-mainnet) or currency (for example ETH) may be sent as attr.chain

when creating an alert.
